• Learning: I am dedicated to learning & growing. I love how learning solutions can bring greater ease & confidence to everyone in their individual circumstances.

• Technical: Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360-Storyline & Rise, Microsoft Office Suite, Google products, Canva, HTML, Canvas, SmartBuilder, LMS experience 

• People: teaming with stakeholders/SMEs, problem solver, creative, self-directed, organized, interpersonal communication, collaborator, project management, feedback, critical thinker, usable data, empathetic, integrity 

• Education: adult learning theory,  backwards design, ADDIE model, analysis & discovery, storyboarding, seeking best solution 

• Instructional Designer: creating learning materials in government, banking, healthcare, and education. eLearnings, SOPs, microlearnings, documentation, presentations, virtual, in-person.

• Facilitator: dynamic trainer in-person/virtual, objective based with activities to support learning & practice, agile & able to pivot as needs develop & shift in session. small sessions to 100+ session.

• Currently working in the public sector for Salt Lake County & find deep meaning in helping the employees & residents of SLCo. 

Came from the private sector working in both banking & healthcare.

Before that, I was a high school teacher where much of my agility, pivoting, and dynamic teaching skills were honed.
